Virgen de las las Nieves
Organised by the Festivals Committee to honour the patron saint of Calpe, the Virgen de las Nieves. Here the main figures are the queen and her courts, made up by four generations: children, junior, adults and elders.
It has been celebrated in Calpe since 1940.

Date: from 4th to 14th August 2010
Events: “Despertà”, awakening with a row of fire cracks and traditional music in the morning con "dolçaina i tabalet" - Offering of flowers, Mass and Procession in honour of the Virgen de las Nieves – Open-air balls - Firework display – Parade with floats and fancy dress costumes – Bull running.
