Cycling route starting from Calpe and following part of the northern coastline of the Costa Blanca until reaching Dénia, before heading towards one of the best-known cycling viewpoints in the area: the Cumbre del Sol. This itinerary combines sections along the sea with demanding climbs that offer some of the best panoramic views of the Mediterranean.

During the route, several coastal towns of the Marina Alta are crossed, riding along roads that are very popular with cyclists thanks to their good condition and the spectacular views of the coastline. The contrast between the sea and the inland mountains accompanies much of the route, creating a landscape that is typical of this part of Alicante.

One of the highlights is the climb to the Cumbre del Sol, known for its demanding gradients and the impressive views it offers from the top. From its viewpoints, it is possible to admire much of the coastline, with cliffs, coves and the Mediterranean Sea stretching out to the horizon.

A very complete route for those looking to combine road cycling, coastal landscapes and some of the most iconic climbs of the Costa Blanca.
