Ingredients

  • 2kg ray fish
  • 100 grams of almonds
  • 2 or 3 slices of stale bread
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Parsley
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ground nora
  • sweet red paprika
  • Olive oil
  • grated tomato
  • Small potatoes (peeled with a peeler so they don't burst)
  • Spicy (to taste)

Elaboration

The ray fish is cut into pieces, we fry it and reserve it, so that it cools down and then does not fall apart.

Next we fry the tomato, the onion, the garlic and the parsley, when it is already fried we add the potatoes, and we add a little water and a bay leaf.

We fry the bread and the almonds and crush them together with a teaspoon of paprika and a teaspoon of ground ñora and set aside.

When the stew is done, it is served by putting the stew first, then the skate (cold) and on top we put the crushed bread and almonds.
