Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • 1 chopped pork tail
  • 200 grams pork rib
  • 1 pork foot
  • 100 grams of beans
  • 1 bunch of leaves
  • 1 turnip
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 sweet potato (optional)
  • 1 onion (optional)
  • Rice
  • sweet red paprika
  • Salt
  • Saffron
  • Olive oil: 4 tablespoons

Elaboration

The beans are put in water the night before.
In a saucepan, fry the onion in the case that we put it, then add the meat and the lightly fried beans. Add the chopped pencas, the turnip, the carrot and the sweet potato (optional), add the saffron and the water, test for salt and salt, boil for an hour and a half, when the beans are cooked add the rice (1 small handful per person)
