Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • 150 grams lentils
  • 200 grams rice
  • 2 chopped pork ribs
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 onion
  • 4 leaves or thistles
  • Saffron
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Water

Elaboration

The lentils, meat and pencas are boiled raw.
We fry the onion.
When the meat is almost cooked we add the sweet potato, the fried onion, saffron and salt, let it cook and when it is done add the rice.
