Ingredients

Pasta

  • 1 glass of casalla water
  • 1 glass of olive oil water
  • 1 glass of sugar wine
  • Flour as much as it admits

Filling

  • 1 Kg. of sweet potatoes
  • 3/4 Kg. of sugar

Preparation

Filling

The sweet potatoes are boiled, peeled and then boiled again with the sugar.

Paste

Heat the glass of casalla and once it is hot, add the oil, the glass of sugar and the flour, all over a low heat, stirring.

Next, dough is kneaded and balls are made, flattened and filled with the filling in the shape of a moon.

Put them in the oven, which has been previously heated to 180º, until golden brown.
