Ingredients

  • 2 liters of water
  • 8 tablespoons ground barley or malt
  • rind of a lemon
  • 3 sticks of cinnamon sticks
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

Elaboration

In a pot, put the water, the malt, the lemon peel and the cinnamon, at a minimum, when it has boiled a little, turn it off.

In a separate pot, put 4 tablespoons of sugar to toast, when it is already toasted, add the water that we have previously boiled, already strained, dissolving the toasted sugar, and then we taste the sugar and add it until it is sweet to taste.

Let it cool down and put it in the freezer to slush it.
